By using our service you agree to our terms and conditions of business

1. Initial visit

We try our best to ensure your first clean will take place within 1 week of signing up.

2. How we undertake our service

Pro-Smart Window Cleaning uses the Reach & Wash© pure water system to clean your windows, frames, sills & doors. Your windows are scrubbed and then rinsed down with pure water and left to dry clean and streak-free.

3. How often will we visit

We visit every 4, 6 or 8 weeks depending on what regularity you signed up to. We ask for some leniency on dates due to bad weather.

4. Bad Weather

We always try not to clean your windows while it is raining, however we do still work in light rain or brief showers. Please note that the results do not change - you will be left with the usual sparkling windows! If the rain is extremely heavy we will not clean your windows and will come back the next working day.

5. Turning us away

We endeavour to be as reliable as possible for our customers, and we hope our customers are the same to us. If for whatever reason a clean cannot take place please let us know the day before we are due to come out (we will always text you a reminder of this the evening before as well). If we are turned away at the door or we are only notified on the day then we reserve the right to charge for the clean. If access has not be made available (e.g. the side gate has not been unlocked) we will only clean the front of your house and charge accordingly.

6. Ending our services

You have the right to cancel our services at any point. This can be done by telephone on 01926 270213 or by email to oliver@pro-smart.co.uk Please note that we do not offer one off window cleans. By using our services, you agree to a minimum of 3 cleans. If cancelling before 3 cleans have taken place the remaining cleans will be payable.

7. Complaints

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your window clean please contact the office on 01926 270213 or by email to oliver@pro-smart.co.uk within 24 hours of the clean. We will return the next working day to clean the window(s) that you are not happy with. We do not offer refunds – but will rectify any work you are not happy with free of charge provided with are informed within 24 hours of the clean.

8. Confidentiality

All our customers information is stored on our private database for window cleaning round purposes only. Customer information will never be shared with a third party.

9. Payments

Customers joining our 6 or 12 weekly rounds are required to pay via our direct debit system Gocardless which can be set up on our payments page. Payments are then automatically collected 5 days after each clean. Customers booking one-off services such as gutter clearing or fascia cleaning who are not joining our regular rounds may pay by bank transfer. Please ask for details.
