How often do you come to clean the windows?
Pro-Smart provides a local reliable window cleaning service every 4 or 8 weeks with other options available for Commercial customers such as shops.

How do you manage to clean windows without ladders?
A low-pressure pump mounted in our van propels the purified water inside a high-reach pole to the soft brush head. We therefore operate from the ground with no ladders and no chemicals needed! This is a safe method of operation and protects your privacy too.

But then aren’t the windows left wet?
Well, as Marks & Spencer would say, “this is not just any water..”! It has been through a 5 stage filtration process resulting in 100% Pure H2O  meaning no mineral deposits are left to leave marks on your windows; the pure water itself does not leave streaks. It then evaporates resulting in a beautiful, spotless finish.

Do you clean in all weathers?
Yes - within reason! If there is unusually bad weather (e.g. torrential rain, high winds or heavy snow) we will likely be a little late for your visit. Apart from this, we clean in most weather conditions, including light rain. Please be assured this will not in any way effect the final cleaning result since we are using the purified water method.

Do I have to sign a contract?
No. There is no contract to sign; the service is for as long as you want it. We offer an honest and friendly service  all we would ask is for prompt payment. Commercial customers will receive a quote from Pro-Smart and, if accepted, issue a PO or written instruction to proceed.

Do I need to be in when you call?
No. You do not need to be in for us to clean your windows. Upon cleaning your house we will leave a paper bill along with an envelope addressed to us and details of how to pay, thus notifying you of our work that day. Simple and hassle free.

How do I pay?

Cash or Cheque (payable to Pro-Smart Cleaning Services) on the day please.
Either Cheque (within 7 days of clean) with your name and address on the back via post
Or  Electronic Transfer: Natwest Acct No.66610184  Sort Code: 60-08-44  Reference: Your address
Or  PayPal/Credit/Debit card - go to
Payments. If paying through the PayPal portal, please add £0.50p to the amount due to cover handling charges.

Commercial customers will receive an invoice with clear instructions of how and when to pay.
